I'm packing the bags again. Class is finished at noon today, and I fly from Astana to Almaty tonight. Get to the Hyatt Regency around 10pm. Don't have anything planned for Sat and Sunday there - but everyone here says Almaty is the place to go! Then, Monday morning I fly to Dubai, and I can pack away my overcoat for the rest of the trip.
I used Skype for a conference call, over the internet, last night. It lasted 30 minutes, the connection was just fine, and it costs me about .5 Euro - less than a dollar. Pretty amazing. But, it does depend on having a good, fast internet connection.
