Monday Morning at the Chat 'n Browse
Monday noon in Bonaire. Just finished a dive, after two yesterday. Temperature is around 90F, better than home I think. Doing some email now, so my Saudi trip next week is all arranged.
Hotel here, Buddy's Dive Resort, is not exactly a Resort - but will do I guess. The diving is good.

Friday Morning at the Lotte
Whew - three days with 40+ people with simultaneous interpretation is hard to do. One more day to go. Maybe I'll begin wearing an earpiece and microphone all the time, just to stay in practice. I can be like all the guys in airports with the cellphone earpieces hanging off their ears.
I leave here tomorrow, Saturday, around 10am, and arrive in DC about the same time. Then to the Rover dealer to pickup the LR3, with a new recall-forced gas tank, and on to The Rock House. Then to St Louis on Sunday.

Tuesday Morning at the Lotte Hotel
It's 6:30am Tueday, first day of the seminar, and it's snowing in Seoul! I only have a short walk to the seminar building, mostly through underground walkways, so it should not be a problem for me. We'll see if it delays anyone else!
I did meetings and room setup yesterday so it gave me a chance to recover from some of the jet lag. I did get to watch the Super Bowl live - from around 8am to noon. I got the telecast -- with replays, crowd noises and such -- but no announcers. I don't know if that was worse or better than listening to the announcers talk about everything. Maybe better! Mick Jagger was on at halftime here too.

Monday Morning In Seoul
My blogs have been empty lately. But they will get better now as I begin about four months of heavy out-of-town time. I flew non-stop from Washington to Seoul yesterday - left Saturday noon and arrived Sunday evening. Going back next Saturday I'll leave Seoul at 10:30am and get to Washington at 9:50am that same day - figure that out! Plane ride is about 14 hours and I'm +14 hours from TRH time.
The Lotte Hotel Seoul is very nice and right in the downtown, or City Hall, area of the city. Lots of markets, restaurants and shopping malls around - oh, and lots of Starbucks. I'm told I can walk to the seminar location every day for Tuesday - Friday, but don't yet know which way to walk. Lunch today with the Korea Banking Institute people will let me find all that out. They had flowers placed in my room for when I arrived!
